CANDIDATES VYING FOR CONSTITUENCY #5, ST. THOMAS’ PARISH, NEVIS SEAT, VOICE THEIR VIEWS AHEAD OF THE UPCOMING BY-ELECTION

As the island of Nevis draws closer to the By-Election slated for Thursday, March 5th 2020, candidates for the Concerned Citizens Movement (CCM) and the Nevis Reformation Party (NRP), have both expressed their confidence in winning the Constituency #5, St. Thomas’ Parish seat.
 
A By-election is an election held in a single political constituency to fill a vacancy.
 
We first spoke with CCM’s candidate for St. Thomas’ Parish, Mr. Keith Scarborough, who made his plea to the people of St. Thomas’ Parish.
