How is the Four Seasons Resort, Nevis’, new operations functioning?

The VONNEWSLINE followed up with Four Seasons Resort – Nevis, with regards to their visitor vs. staff capacity since its reopening on November 1st, 2020.

Director of Public Relations and Communications at the Resort, Mr. Mitchell Nover, told the VONNEWSLINE that “the specifics of guest occupancy and staff capacity are unavailable at this time” as the resort has just reopened and is still recovering from the massive drop in business, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

A few hotels here in St. Kitts and Nevis, (inclusive of the Four Seasons), such as the Marriott’s Resort, the Koi Resort, the Royal St. Kitts Hotel, Park Hyatt and Oualie Beach are also gradually recovering from the halt in business, as they are a part of the approved list of hotels to receive international guests by the COVID-19 National Task Force.

With the exception of Oualie Beach, the larger hotels were chosen as part of the first phase of reopening.

On a previous edition of the “On the Mark” Program here on VON Radio dated October 14th, Premier of Nevis, the Hon. Mark Brantley, explained why this was so:
