Police issue reports of arrests and bails

In Police news- Adrian Hunt of Cherry Gardens (Nevis) was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Battery on Police, Resisting Arrest and Obstruction. Bail was granted in the sum of $5000 for his appearance at Charlestown Magistrate Court, on Tuesday May 30th.

 

Jahdey Hanley of Fothergills (Nevis) who was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, was granted bail in the sum of $3000 for his appearance at the Charlestown Magistrate Court on Tuesday May 30th.

 

Jahi Henry of Zion Village who was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Possession of Cannabis was granted bail in the sum of $3000 for his appearance at the Charlestown Magistrate Court on Tuesday May 30th.

 

In Matters at the Charlestown Magistrate Court, presided over by Her Honor Miss Donna Harris, Tessa Howell of Cane Garden was convicted and fined $250 forthwith or serve seven (7) days imprisonment for the offence of Parking in a no parking area.

 

These reports were recorded by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force for the period May 27th – 29th 2017.
