Water Services: 26 % reduction in revenue collection, “for a good cause” here on Nevis

The island of Nevis has so far recorded a 26 % reduction in revenue collection for Water Services during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, according to Minister with responsibility for Water Services here on Nevis, the Hon. Spencer Brand.

Nonetheless, the Minister stated that it was necessary and explained why.

The Coronavirus has impacted other sectors, such as the hospitality sector (which includes hotel workers, taxi drivers etc.) and it has also caused the cancellation of numerous events.
