A man has been charged in connection with St. Kitts & Nevis’ 3^rd Road Fatality for 2025. Synrick Henderson of Dieppe Bay, St. Kitts, has been charged with multiple offences in relation to the March 22^nd traffic accident at White Gate, St. Kitts, which resulted in the death of 17-year old-Shanique Harvey of Dieppe Bay.

Mr Henderson was charged with one (1) count of Driving without Insurance; one (1) count of Driving without a Valid and Unexpired Licence; one (1) count of Manslaughter by Gross Negligence; and seven(7) counts of Grievous Bodily Harm, on Saturday Apr. 26^th, at the Tabernacle Police Station.

Investigations suggest that the vehicle, a motor van, was travelling towards Dieppe Bay from the direction of St. Paul’s. The driver lost control and collided with a tree which caused the vehicle to overturn. Seven (7) other persons were passengers in the vehicle.
