The 1st Nevis Girls Brigade is currently celebrating its 75th Anniversary throughout the month of November. The group, formed in 1947, will be holding an anniversary Quiz to showcase its history and skills learnt by its members.

The quiz will be held at the Gingerland Methodist Church on Friday, 11th November, 2022 commencing at 6:00pm.

The quiz will comprise of four sections, the first being General Knowledge on the organization while the second will be the Hymnal Knowledge.

Captain of the 1st Nevis Girls Brigade, Ms. Alice Swanston gave a brief synopsis of the remaining two sections of the quiz:

Other celebratory activities will include: an enrollment and rededication of the Girls Brigade along with a Program both at the Gingerland Methodist Church.
