2022 St. Kitts Music Festival in full swing

The St. Kitts Music Festival on Thursday night is dubbed “Soca night”.

 

The Music Festival, which is slated until June 25th beginning 7pm nightly at the Kim Collins Athletic Stadium, in Bird Rock, St. Kitts, comes after a two-year hiatus, brought about the Covid-19 pandemic.  

 

For the next few days, the Music Festival Committee will host press conferences, giving persons the opportunity to hear from the artistes themselves and relevant information. That will be carried live on VON Radio 860 (AM) and vonradio.com.

 

Chairman of the Music Festival Committee, Mr. Damion Hobson made this comment about personal responsibility:

Here is the full lineup for the remaining nights: Friday, 24th June: Ashanti, (say wah-lay) Wale, Sean Paul, Maxi Priest, Shaniel Muir, I-Mark, Hi-Light and Dejour.  

 

Saturday, 25th June: Beres Hammond, Keyshia Cole, ROTIMI, Jada Kingdom, Christopher Martin, Byron Messia, Nevis’ Venelle Powell and Popcaan. 

 

The first night of the festival (Thursday, June 23rd) featured: Bunji Garlin & Fay-Ann Lyons, Destra, Nadia Batson, Lyrikal, VOICE, Masicka, Rucas H.E., Grand Masters, Small Axe Band and Nu Vybes.
