2025 graduates of the St. Thomas’ Primary encouraged to be disciplined
Under the theme: “United Through Discipline, United to Win”, the St. Thomas’ Primary School held its 2025 Graduation Ceremony, on Tuesday, July 1st 2025, at the Nevis Performing Arts Center (NEPAC).
In addition, to friends, family and other well-wishers, in attendance were dignitaries such as Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, the Hon. Latoya Jones, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education, et. al, Ms. Zahnela Claxton, Principal Education Officer, Ms. Londa Browne, and Deputy Principal Education Officer, Mr. Juan Williams.
The featured address was presented by Acting Director, in the Department of Community Development and a previous graduate of the school, Ms. Denesia Smithen. She focused on the day’s theme and encouraged the graduates to have good habits and to be disciplined:
Graduating as the top students of the class were Valedictorian, Aniya Seenarine, and Salutatorian, Rajon Rawlins. Ms. Seenarine in her speech reflected on the class’ time at the school from Kindergarten to Grade 6, and expressed gratitude to the school faculty:
