2025 Law Week being observed under the theme: “Restoring Trust, Upholding Justice”

Law Week 2025 is underway in the federation organized by the St. Kitts and Nevis Bar Association. The week is being held under the theme: “Restoring Trust, Upholding Justice,” with a strong emphasis on community engagement, legal education, and rebuilding public confidence in the justice system.

 

Chairperson for Law Week 2025, Ms. Edisha Green told the VON Newsline these words:

 

 

A major highlight of this week’s activities is Thursday’s Moot competition featuring the Nevis Sixth Form College and Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College:

 

 

Ms. Edisha Green. Other activities for the rest of the week includes making charitable donations to the Foster Care Unit and Flamboyant Nursing Home on Nevis and the New Horizons Juvenile Rehabilitation Centre in St. Kitts as well as a continuing legal education seminar. There will also be a moonlight walk on Nevis starting at the Oualie Ferry Terminal on Friday and a catamaran cruise on Saturday.
