2nd accident in almost 12 hours occurs in St. Kitts

St. Kitts recorded another accident on the island’s main road, on Monday Feb. 17th.

According to the police, the driver of PA 7881 was traveling with a passenger towards Basseterre at around 10:45am, but when the driver entered the Wash Ghaut area (in Cayon), the said driver lost control of the vehicle, slid on the mountain side of the road and overturned.

Fortunately, there were no physical injuries, according to police, but one person was taken to the hospital.

This comes almost 12 hours after an accident occurred on Sunday Feb. 16th, at around 11:45pm, on Wellington Road, Basseterre.

One person was said to be warded at the JNF General Hospital, in St. Kitts, in relation that accident.
