The quake took place at 4:55 pm (local time), 98 km, North-East of Basseterre, Saint Kitts and was located at latitude: 17.62 degrees N, longitude: 61.91 degrees West, with a depth of 15 km. St. Kitts coordinates are latitude: 17.35 N, longitude: 62.78 W.
Nearby regional cities included: Saint John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, with the quake occurring 57km North of that city and 97 km NNE of Brades, Montserrat.
