By-Election 2020: CCM and NRP candidates share plans for St. Thomas’ Parish

Candidates contesting the upcoming By-Election here on Nevis slated for (March 5th 2020), have been speaking to the VONNEWSLINE about their prospective plans for St. Thomas’ Parish, Constituency #5.

Here is the Concerned Citizens Movement’s (CCM) candidate, Mr. Keith Scarborough.

 The Nevis Reformation Party’s (NRP) candidate is Mrs. Cleone Stapleton-Simmonds.

 According to the Supervisor of Elections, Mr. Elvin Bailey, Polls will be open at 7:00 a.m. on voting day and close at 6 p.m.

 

Any and all persons in line in the precinct of the polling station at 6 p.m. will be allowed to vote.

 

Anyone who comes in line after 6 p.m. will not be allowed to vote.

 

Nomination Day is (today) Tuesday, February 25th, 2020.
