That was Superintendent of Police and Member of the National COVID-19 Task Force – Mr. Cromwell Henry. 

His comments came on the heels of concerns expressed by Commissioner of Police, Mr. Hilroy Brandy about the non-compliance of COVID-19 protocols, particularly funerals. 

As he continued to refer to the COVID-19 Act on February 10^th, Mr. Henry stated that the protocols are in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
