Amidst the fact that St. Kitts & Nevis will see an imminent Federal Election, the Co-chair of SKN’s Disaster Mitigation Council, has addressed the issue of a leaked Cabinet document that made its rounds on social media which was pertaining to the Honorariums paid to Senior Government officials.
