Six youths on the island of Nevis have been chosen as awardees of the St. Thomas’ Parish Youth Excellence Award.

Over the past two years, a number of youths in the community, between the ages of 18-29 have excelled in their respective fields of interest which have led them in receiving the honor.

A total of 12 individuals have previously been awarded by Deputy Speaker in the National Assembly of St. Kitts & Nevis and Electoral Candidate in St. Thomas’ Parish in the 2022 local elections, Hon. Latoya Jones.

The persons being awarded are: Bryton Nisbett in Digital Creation, Dijonne Hanley in Education and Learning, Chris Clarke for work in Volunteerism, Vincia Hendrickson in the field of Nursing, Dalvern Williams in Policing and Nayala Daniel in Performing Arts.
