About one month after the hosting of the 2023 Inter-Primary School Championship alias “Mini Olympics”, the Prize-giving ceremony was held on Wednesday May 10th, at the Nevis Athletic Stadium.

The Gulf Insurance Ltd/Bank of Nevis International sponsored Championship was held on April 5th 2023. For the first time in its history, a medal count system was put in place.

In the end, Charlestown Primary School was declared the winner out of the nine schools that participated.

Nevis’ Minister of Sports, the Hon. Troy Liburd, made these remarks during the ceremony:
