On Sunday, June 18th, VON Radio held its special Father’s Day Programme.

The afternoon event saw a number of greetings being sent out over the phone and announced from the studio along with a number of songs, poems scriptures and tributes.

Sharing the day with the station’s anniversary, fathers across the federation, regionally and internationally were given special shout outs and reminded of the special role they play of not only their children but individuals whose lives has been touched by a father figure.
