The Broiler Facility Project has seen another step in its progress in the form of a Ground Breaking Ceremony on Tuesday June 27th at Prospect.

The ceremony included an overview of the project by Mr. Floyd Liburd, presentation of the scope of work, remarks by Resident Ambassador of the Republic of China (Taiwan), His Excellency, Michael Lin and Minister of Agriculture et.al, Hon. Eric Evelyn.

When speaking to the VONNEWSLINE, Minister Evelyn highlighted the great role the facility will play in strengthening the federation’s food security:
