A man was charged by police for the robbery of “Instacash” on Friday October 20th.

Police charged Jahmal Kentish of Stonefort Heights, Challengers, St. Kitts, on two (2) warrants in the first instance for the offence of Robbery. The charges were laid at the Basseterre Police Station. This occurrence follows Mr. Kentish’s arrest on Wednesday October 18th.

The robbery at “InstaCash,” located at the S. L. Horsford’s Commercial Complex, occurred on Saturday October 14th, between 11:30AM and 12 noon.

Investigations indicated that a single male, armed and masked, entered the establishment and held the clerk at gunpoint. The assailant stole a sum of money and other items of value before making his escape.
