The Department of Youth Empowerment (St. Kitts) is preparing to commence a number of new initiatives for the development of young people in the federation in the New Year.
One such initiative is the launch of a National Youth Council in St. Kitts and Nevis. According to Minister of Youth Empowerment et.al Hon. Isalean Phillip, the idea behind the council is to afford the country’s youth a platform to air their views and ideas and to contribute to the overall growth of the nation.
