That was Minister of Foreign Affairs et.al, Dr. Denzil Douglas, speaking on Thursday evening (Mar. 21st), at the ECCB Auditorium, St. Kitts.

His comments were made at the launch of his book: “Making A Difference”. It formed part of celebratory activities commemorating his 35 years as the Member of Parliament for St. Christopher Six (inclusive of places like St. Paul’s, Saddlers and Dieppe Bay).

Among those in attendance at the event were Her Excellency the Governor-General, Dame Marcella Liburd, Members of the Federal Cabinet and former ministers of government, members of the diplomatic and consular corps and more. The guest speaker was former Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, Dr. Kenny Anthony.
