Coming out of 2019 and moving into 2020 the Agriculture Division here on Nevis is looking to have a more productive calendar year.
Minister with responsibility for the sector here on the island, the Hon. Alexis Jeffers, in an interview with the VONNEWSLINE, explained while there were some challenges in the previous year, the department performed admirably well.
He also outlined some of the aspects the department will be focusing on this year.
Minister Jeffers expressed that this coming year will be a year of “less talk and more productivity” from the sector.
