A health capacity building session took place on Tuesday November 19^th, 2024, in the form of a Cold Chain Management Workshop with the aim of improving SKN’s capacity to maintain its vaccine management.

Informative presentations were made educating attendees on the best techniques in cold chain maintenance, storage techniques and the critical significance of the system in administering healthcare.

Cold chain management involves the maintaining of temperature- sensitive and perishable goods such as pharmaceuticals whether in transit, in process, storage or display ensuring that they remain safe for distribution and use.
