C.O.P. Sutton urges SKN to “pay attention” following 4th road fatality for 2025

Commissioner of Police (COP) James Sutton issued a statement on Sunday March 30th, following the Federation’s latest Road Fatality victim.
According to a press release from lawmen, preliminary investigations suggest that Kaliquan Woodley of Sandy Point, St. Kitts, 15, was travelling from the direction of Dieppe Bay to St. Paul’s on a motor scooter on Thursday March 27th, when he collided with a vehicle in the White Gate area and fell onto the road where he was struck by a passing vehicle. Sadly, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
This latest fatality was SKN’s 4th Road Fatality for 2025 and came five days following a tragic accident which left an 18-year-old woman dead, on March 22nd, in the same White Gate area.
While explaining that young Woodley was the son of a police officer, Mr. Sutton made this plea:
