Steppin’ Stones Nursery is celebrating 35 years of service to the people of Nevis. The nursery, located at lower and upper Stoney Grove (with Steppin’ Stones 1 in Lower Stoney Grove and Steppin’ Stones 2 in Upper Stoney Grove), has become a staple in early childhood care over the years.

Founder, Mrs. Leonie “Pat” Dasent, alias “Ms. Dasent” to the children, spoke on how the idea of a nursery came about:
