Authorities have captured a former police officer, who is said to have been wanted in connection with an ongoing investigation into “a serious criminal matter”.

Lawmen issued a “Wanted” person bulletin for 31-year-old Cheslyn Hutton alias “Getwell” or “Getty” of Cotton Ground, Nevis, on Apr. 25^th.

Police did not indicate what the matter was/is.

However, on Friday May 2^nd, police said on social media, “it pleases us to inform you that on May 2nd, 2025, we arrested Mr. Hutton at Port Zante, St. Kitts.”

They added “the #RSCNPF (Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force) is deeply grateful to the concerned citizens and residents of St. Kitts and Nevis, and our neighbours on #SintEustatius, all of whom shouldered this civic duty without hesitation.”
