As the recognition of STEM week continues on Nevis, Tuesday May 20th saw the execution of the Science Symposium.
The event included a panel of local and international STEM professionals along with a participating audience, discussing the advancements made in STEM in the education, agriculture, medical and biological research sectors.
During various discussions, the importance of equipping students for the changes to come regarding the field of science. From the relevance in AI to the introduction of new industries, it was stated that the nation’s youth must be kept abreast of digital literacy to not be left behind in growth and development.
