The VON NEWSLINE has received confirmation from the police that a stabbing incident took place on Friday, May 23^rd on Nevis.

The incident to occurred at the Inland Revenue Department in Charlestown. Reports indicate that two males were involved in an altercation during which, one was inflicted with a stab wound.

The injured male was transported to the Alexandra Hospital and later released. According to lawmen, the injury sustained is not considered serious. Up to press time, no one has been held for the incident.
