As the countdown continues to the 27th edition of the St. Kitts Music Festival, in a discussion this week, Permanent Secretary (PS) in the Ministry of Tourism, Ms. Tivanna Wharton, announced a new initiative in support of the federal government’s ban on single use plastics.

Moreover, Federal Minister of Tourism et.al, the Hon. Marsha Henderson, addressed rumors that excavation work at the new Basseterre High School grounds was being carried out to facilitate parking for the festival:
