Oman and St. Kitts and Nevis Establish Diplomatic Relations
The Sultanate of Oman and the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis have formally established diplomatic relations.
A joint statement was signed in New York by Oman’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Omar Said Al Kithiri and St Kitts and Nevis’ Permanent Representative, Ambassador Mutryce Agatha Williams.
During the signing of Oman’s Permanent Mission to the UN, Ambassador Williams conveyed greetings from Prime Minister, Dr. Terrance Drew and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Denzil Douglas and expressed her country’s commitment to strengthening ties with Oman.
Ambassador Al Kithiri welcomed the agreement, highlighting its role in promoting dialogue and expanding opportunities for cooperation between the two nations for the benefit of their people.
