Randolph Welsh of Lower Monkey Hill, St. Peter’s, St. Kitts, has been charged for the offences of Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply, and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.

The offences were committed on Wednesday August 13^th, at Lower Monkey Hill. Mr. Welsh, 42, was charged on Friday August 15^th, at the Basseterre Police Station.

He was on the run from lawmen recently and was wanted in connection with several drug related offences. He was also the subject of a public appeal.

Mr. Welsh surrendered himself at the Basseterre Police Station around 1 a.m. on August 15th.
