That was Premier, the Hon. Mark Brantley, commenting on the apparent number of Nevisian students among the most recent cohort of Taiwanese Scholarship recipients.

During his monthly press conference on August 28^th, Mr. Brantley discussed that Nevisian youth should take advantage of the available scholarship opportunities and cited reasons such as free, high quality education, a new language and that there is no massive debt to repay from student loans.
