St. Kitts & Nevis’ Supervisor of Elections, Mr. Elvin Bailey, has issued an address regarding the Mar. 5^th 2020 by-election for Constituency #5, St. Thomas’ Parish. A By-election is an election held in a single political constituency to fill a vacancy.

Polls will be open at 7a.m. on voting day and close at 6 p.m. Any and all persons in line in the precinct of the polling station at 6 p.m. will be allowed to vote. Anyone who comes in line after 6 p.m. will not be allowed to vote. Mr. Bailey said there is provision for persons who have lost or misplaced their national identification cards.
