A new housing development has officially been launched on Nevis.

This, as the Nevis Housing & Land development Corporation (NHLDC) hosted a Groundbreaking Ceremony for its newest housing development dubbed “Blue Water Mews”.

It will be located in New River Estate.  The ceremony was held on Friday Feb. 20^th, starting at 10:00a.m.

The Mountain Crest Housing Development, located at the top of Craddock Road and the Sugar Mill Residence’s located in Hamilton, were constructed under the umbrella of the NHLDC.
