DHL Operations Recognized for Outstanding Service Quality in St. Kitts And Nevis

DHL Operations in St. Kitts and Nevis has been formally recognized for outstanding service quality, reaffirming its commitment to excellence, reliability and customer satisfaction.

 

The announcement was made by Operations Manager (Agents), Ms. Rashidi Clarke, following the release of the company’s December 2025 Quarterly Service Quality Competition Report.

 

Results were based on end of year performance targets among sixteen regional companies.

 

The Nevis office secured first place overall, with the St. Kitts office earning second place – a strong showing for the Federation within the regional network.

 

On congratulating the teams, Ms. Clarke commended their hard work and dedication, encouraging them to maintain the momentum heading into 2026.

 

The recognition highlights DHLs continued focus on operations efficiency, timely delivery and high service standards.
