Two Men Sentenced on Firearm and Drug Charges

Two men have been sentenced to prison for firearm-related offences in separate matters before the High Court.

 

Jamar Woodstock of Stoney Grove, Nevis, was sentenced to six years at His Majesty’s Prison after being convicted of possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition, and possession of cannabis with intent to supply.

The offences were committed on February 12th, 2025.

 

He was sentenced on March 18th, 2026, at the High Court on Nevis by His Lordship, Justice Iain Morley KC.

 

Meanwhile, T’Sean Hendricks of Ottley’s, St. Kitts, was sentenced to seven and a half years for possession of a firearm and two and a half years for possession of ammunition.

The offences were committed on November 28th, 2025, and he pleaded guilty in February 2026.

 

His sentences will run concurrently, with one-third remission applied and time spent on remand will be taken into account.

 

Sentencing was handed down on March 23rd, 2026, at the Basseterre High Court by His Lordship Justice Patrick Thompson Jr.
