The journey to the crown for the participants of the Culturama 52 senior contests officially began on Friday, May 1st, 2026, with the grand reveal of senior contestants at Pinneys Beach, setting the stage for one of Nevis’ most anticipated cultural events.

The five contestants: Kadijah Mulley, Thia Claxton, Carlissa Pluck, Kianna Nicholas, and Ester Gomez, will compete in the Miss Culture Swimwear Competition.

Meanwhile, Devaughn Browne, Orzel Webbe, David Morgan, and Degen Elliot will vie for the Mr. Kool title.

The Bank of Nevis Miss Culture Queen Pageant will feature ambassadors Cleo Fahie, Jareecia Browne, Calida Smithen, Tarihanna Maynard, and Mia Alexander.

The launch event was complemented by performances from Soca Groovy King Adowah, Soca Power Kings Ras and Roco Dan, and Kaiso Monarch Empress Lyric.

Minister of Culture, the Hon. Eric Evelyn, in remarks praised the organizing committee for hosting the reveal in the scenic beach setting and for starting preparations early. He emphasized that early engagement allows contestants more time to prepare and encouraged the public to support participants throughout the season, urging all to help make Culturama 52 a resounding success.
