What happens when workplace questions meet practical HR advice? Starting October 1^st, 2026, Talent Plus will be bringing the conversation to the airwaves with “Workplace Pulse,” a new weekly feature on VON Radio.

The series is the brainchild of Talent Plus CEO and Principal Consultant, Camara Lee-Prentice, an HR Practitioner with more than 12 years of experience, spanning the public and private sectors.

Mrs. Prentice shared with the VON Newsline what prompted her to create “Workplace Pulse”:

Each installment will offer concise tips covering areas including recruitment, employment contracts, probationary periods and leadership. “Workplace Pulse” is being delivered through a partnership with VON Radio, with support from Talent Plus and The Finished Touch.
