The late Sir Richard Caines will be accorded an official funeral, according to Prime Minister, Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris.

Sir Richard Caines, passed away at the age of 87 years, on Monday July 27^th. He was one of the founding fathers of the People’s Action Movement (PAM) here in St. Kitts & Nevis and served as Junior Minister of Finance, in the Kennedy Simmonds Administration.
