A new seedling in Nevisian Eco-Tourism

Vanilla Paradise Nevis will plant a seedling in the work of preserving the historic heritage of the island, undertaking a renovation project of the historical site: Hamilton Estate.

Upon completion of the project the ruins currently featuring a steam engine, chimney, boiling house, cistern and windmill will also include a visitor center and a “Vanilla Café” where visitors can experience guided tours of the site.

This project is being done in collaboration with the Nevis Historical and Conservation Society (NHCS) and the Ministry of Tourism.

Vanilla Paradise Nevis is the island’s first and only producer of sustainably grown and organic vanilla offering guided tours of the farm. The farm, neighbouring the Hamilton ruins currently features three (3) shade houses, over 1000 vanilla vines or orchids and currently pursuing expansion to accommodate more.
