That was the voice of the Head of Commercial and Innovations of the Eastern Caribbean Group of Companies (ECGC), Odion Marc Hillocks.

 He presented to Director of Agriculture, Randy Elliot and Abattoir Manager, Gary Griffin the donation of one Patty-O-Mattic Automatic Patty Forming Machine from the company with the capabilities of producing 2,100 patties per hour and molding patties into a variety of shapes and thickness.

The donation took place on Tuesday November 26^th 2024, and marks a step in the furtherance of Nevis’ food security aligning with the Sustainable Island State Agenda (SISA), 25 by 2025.
