An accident took place in Cotton Ground, Nevis, during the morning hours of Sunday March 10th. Based on photos and videos circulating on social media, they depict a car in bushes after it collided into a lamppost.

Nevlec said this resulted in an outage for customers on the Cotton Ground Feeder.

Since then, power has been restored but it is uncertain if all the areas affected have had power restored.
