The latest airing of the “In Focus Program” featured, Attorney General (AG), and Minster of Justice and Legal Affairs, the Hon. Garth Wilkin speaking on the topic: “Understanding Pathways to Citizenship”:
The different pathways to citizenship he discussed were: being born in St. Kitts and Nevis prior to and after independence, by descent (that is parents and grandparents), through marriage, finally, naturalization where an individual has lived in the country for 14 years.
