Officers of the Criminal Investigation Department, Division B, (St. Kitts) are currently investigating an armed robbery that occurred on Wednesday May 28^th, at the All in One Chinese Supermarket in Dieppe Bay.

So far, reports indicate that a masked male suspect, armed with a handgun entered the supermarket at 7:15p.m. and “demanded money from the cashier on duty”.  After using physical force to intimidate the cashier, the suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

After police responded to the incident, Crime Scene Investigators arrived and processed the scene and gathered relevant evidence to aid investigations.

In a press release, the Royal Saint Christopher and Nevis Police Force said it “remains committed to pursuing all leads in the matter and encourages members of the public with any information regarding the robbery to contact any police station.”
