The Bank of Nevis EBJ Harmonics Steel Orchestra has secured a remarkable sixth consecutive victory at the First Federal and The Cable Panorama Competition 2025, earning a total of 424 points. Their winning performance of “Retro” by Voice once again demonstrated musical excellence, precision, and creative mastery.
The Nevis Community Development Steel Orchestra placed second with 381 points after delivering an impressive rendition of “Teacher Teacher” by Ellie Matt & The GI’s Brass. The competition featured four steel bands and formed a major highlight of carnival themed “Sugar Mas 54,Sweet to the Core.”
Held on Sunday, December 28, at Warner Park Cricket Stadium, the Panorama Competition brought together culture lovers for one electrifying night of steelpan music.
Other participating bands included Sugar City Steel Orchestra performing “Iron” by Ricardo Drue and Oualie Rhythmz Steel Orchestra with “Black Man Feeling to Party” by Black Stalin.
