Residents in the Basseterre area in St. Kitts can expect the return of 24-hour water service in the coming weeks, as work on the Basseterre Desalination Plant is almost complete.

The completion of the project will come after almost 15 years of water woes in the area. When completed, it is anticipated to service surrounding communities such as St. Peter’s and Frigate Bay.
