BON Introduces Month-Long Programme to Promote Employee Wellness

The Bank of Nevis Limited officially launched its second annual Health and Wellness Month this April, with an opening ceremony held on April 1st, 2026. The initiative is designed to foster the importance of health and well-being among its staff, encouraging individuals to adopt simple, consistent habits that support a healthier lifestyle.

The launch event was attended by Chairman, Damian Hobson, CEO, Denrick Liburd, Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer Tandi Flood, Permanent Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Health, Curtis Martin, guest speaker, Dr. Patrick Martin, along with staff members and invited guests.

Throughout the month, a wide range of activities has been organized to promote wholistic wellness. These include panel discussions on brain health and healthy living, fitness sessions such as socacise, and initiatives like “No Overtime Tuesdays” to encourage better work-life balance. Additional activities include weekly trivia, a gratitude wall, team challenges, and a relaxing spa day, all leading up to a grand closing ceremony.

Through this initiative, the Bank of Nevis continues to highlight the value of prioritizing health and well-being, reminding staff that small steps can lead to meaningful and lasting impact.
