BON to launch Health & Wellness Month

The Bank of Nevis Limited (BON) will officially launch its inaugural Health & Wellness Month, at an official opening ceremony on Tuesday Apr. 1st, at the Nevis Disaster Management Conference Room, Long Point, from 10:00 AM to 12 noon.

BON’s Health & Wellness Month will run from April 1st from 30th, 2025. The initiative will be a “month-long initiative aimed at promoting physical activity, reducing stress, and fostering a healthier work-life balance for all employees”, according to a press release.

 

In addition, it is anticipated that the Wellness Month will become a permanent fixture on the Bank’s annual calendar. Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Denrick Liburd, mentioned that the initiative underscores the Bank’s commitment to employee well-being and productivity.

 

The program is being spearheaded by the Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer and Chair of the Organizing Committee, Mr. Tandi Flood, who highlighted that activities will be centered around a special theme, with employees eagerly anticipating a month filled with engaging wellness events.

 

The opening ceremony will feature addresses from: Keynote Speaker, Dr. Dwain Archibald, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health – Nevis, Shelisa Martin-Clarke, CEO for the Bank of Nevis, Mr. Denrick Liburd and Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Mr. Flood.
