BPW Nevis, an affiliate club BPW International, was officially welcomed into the BPW family, a press release from the organization says.
This was announced at the annual BPW– North America and The Caribbean Regional Conference, hosted in St. Kitts, January 12th – 14th, 2023. At the Conference, members in attendance were presented with a certificate by BPW International.
BPW International (International Federation of Business and Professional Women) was founded by Dr. Lena Madesin Phillips in 1930 and is a non-partisan, non-profit organization with voluntary membership and leadership. It is one of the most influential international networks of business and professional women with affiliates in over 100 countries in five continents.
Its members include influential women leaders, entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, professionals and young business and professional women.
An installation ceremony for the members of the club will be held on March 18th, at the Hermitage Hotel. Members of the Executive Body of BPW Nevis are: President Catherine Forbes, Vice President 1 – Cindy Herbert, Vice President 2 – Dr. Judy Nisbett, Secretary – Jondelle Mills, Assistant Secretary – Nadine Carty, Treasurer – Petal Parry, Assistant Treasurer – Jasmine Paris and PRO – Shana Howell.
