This question comes on the heels of a recent move the Federal Government took, to further relax commercial traffic into the country by reducing the quarantine time from 14 days to 9 days, for inbound passengers that have been fully Vaccinated.

Moreover, Dr. Wilkinson outlined the conditions that will constitute a Vaccine to become mandatory:
